Joe Ferrero was born in Miami, Florida to Cuban parents. This radio and television personality is known for his vast knowledge in a diverse number of subjects and for his ability to find the answer to practically anything he put his mind to.

Ferrero, known as 'The Professor', has accomplished the difficult task of developing a form of BrainWave Therapy to improve neurological disorders such as Autism, ADD, and ADHD among others. Ferrero has been pursuing the improvement of overall health through a combination of traditional and alternative medicine.

In his 23 year career, Ferrero has provided consulting services to artists, Doctors, politicians and others on how to achieve success through his theory of the mechanics of life.

Upon joining forces with radio personality Enrique Santos, the pair quickly gained international notoriety and became known as “Masters of Prank Calls” for their Presidential phone calls. In January of 2003, Enrique and Joe called El Palacio Mira Flores in Caracas, Venezuela. Using recorded sound bits of Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro, they were able to fool Venezuelan officials and their call was actually transferred to President Hugo Chavez himself. In April of 2003 they pulled the same prank on Argentina's President Nestor Kirchner using the same method. "The Mother" of all prank calls was made in June 2003. Using sound bits of Chavez from their earlier call in January, Enrique and Joe pulled-off the same stunt on Castro. Enrique questioned Castro about what he'd done in Cuba and called him an "assassin." A never before heard Castro lost control and cursed violently. They were fined by the Federal Communications Commission for not having informed Castro he was on-air. The fine was collected and paid in pennies, which they raised while on-air during their show.

Enrique and Joe's accomplishments have been featured in Newsweek, Ocean Drive, The New York Times, The Miami Herald, Radio & Records and Billboard Magazine. They have made numerous local, national and international TV appearances on CNN, BBC, Televisa, TVE, Univision's Don Fransisco Presenta, El Gordo y La Flaca & Telefutura's Escandalo TV, Telemundo's Al Rojo Vivo and many more. Besides their own radio program, they have been interviewed and have been guests on The Rick Sanchez Show, The Howard Stern Show and National Public Radio, just to name a few.

At the request of the United States Congressman, Lincoln Diaz Balart, a U.S. Flag was flown over The Capitol in his honor on October 15, 2003, for "making radio history" and for "their commitment to entertain and inform the So. Florida community".

Joe Ferrero was featured as one of the most powerful people in South Florida by South Florida CEO Magazine "The Power Issue" 2006. He has been have been named Best Spanish Radio Personality of the year for three consecutive years by The New Times (2003-2005). And, was awarded the Best Radio Announcer by the prestigious Air Awards in 1998. Ferrero¹s was the official voice for Sky Latin America for all the Spanish movie trailers for Hollywood.

Ferrero has received numerous proclamations and awards for his charity, community and relief efforts after natural disasters. He is an HAAP (Hispanic Aids Awareness Program) Advocate and currently serves as spokesperson for Statewide HIV prevention awareness PSA program lead by Florida Governor Charlie Crist.

This high profile radio personality has repeatedly broken sales and audience records, and maintained the radio show as one of the most popular Hispanic programs in America. Ferrero's success has reflected in ratings and in revenues. In 2005, Ferrero along with his co-host Enrique Santos, helped make sales revenues of over $20 million for their radio station, making radio history as the first Hispanic-formatted radio station to become the top biller in a major market.

Joe Ferrero is pursuing his PhD in Metaphysics at The American Institute of Holistic Theology and is also the Founder and Director of Genesis Research and Wellness Center in Miami, Florida, a non profit organization dedicated to assist people that suffer from neurological disorders or wish to improve their health overall.
